Survey: does Facebook Give Good advice on health?

Not if you ask expert Health Harvard William Shrank, who calls to Facebook "Wild West" when it comes to health information.

This is because the Studio on your computer to the popular social networking site which found that many health recommendations came from those requesting not approved by the FDA products and services.

The Harvard team recommends the following:

"The responsible politicians should consider how to ensure transparency in promotional activities, and patients can find social networking sites developed and patrolled by health professionals to promote the exchange of accurate and unbiased information"

I recognize that there are people on Facebook trying to take advantage of people to make a ball, but also find fault with the idea that only the FDA and health professionals have accurate and unbiased information.

How many times has wrong state FDA? how can the innumerable amount of anecdotal evidence ignored showing the effectiveness of the FDA treatments of the medical profession or not approved?

Actually, this shows the attitude of "we are smarter and better that you" some academic institutions seem to have, especially in front of those who think outside the box when it comes to diet, health and fitness.
