Hello
I have 17 years, around 5 feet 5 and weight approximately 142 lbs. I have tried for ages losing weight, but finished placing it just back in again. My specific problem areas are my thighs, arms, and, of course, the stomach.Not makes it easier to all my friends are so small, makes me feel so gordo.No I want to be weak, not only as a podgy and I love more than anything to be comfortable in my skin.
I thought by joining this blog diet would have more motivation to keep it.I'm really busy with school and therefore do not have much time for the ejercicio.Caminar everywhere and sometimes go for long walks at night, but does not have much difference.I tried to exercise DVD, but could not continue with them, and I can't run as I have a recurring knee injury.
I only hope that I can help those who are in a situation similar to me, only to lose 10 pounds would be gran.Solo I want a little confidence in my own appearance.
Any suggestion?
