I'm pretty sure I don't have to detail the craziness of a week or two full of stress-eating. You understand, right? (For instance . . . Costco cake.) I mean, I hardly understand how I can eat with such wild abandon, knowing that I'm getting fatter by the second.
But sometimes I do.
It happens.
This week, though, I have pulled myself together. I have eaten like a rational person interested in good nutrition. I have eaten breakfast. I have consciously eaten lean protein and high-fiber carbs in combination. I have had vegetables.
So, I'm feeling better and, of course, feeling more in control of myself and my life.
I'm going to add exercise next week . . . I'm thinking about thirty minutes of cardio twice a day.
If I could get a little more sleep, all would be well.

Just get right back at it. Costco cake is a thing of the past. Oh, well, and move right on. I hope you can find a way to get some more rest - that helps so much.

But I did lose inches. Yesterday I got on the scale and lost 1.5 lbs which was a THRILL for me! Finally! I'm hoping that I'm turning a corner :) Good luck to you!

I was an overweight too but when I started to exercise and choose what I need to eat, rather than what I like to it, I got back on track. Good luck on your weight loss venture! :)
